Adding Essential Oils

What essential oil is best for your conditioner? That depends on your hair type and what you would like to accomplish, here are a few suggestions below:

Rosemary Essential Oil – To add shine

Cedarwood Essential Oil – To thicken hair

Peppermint Essential Oil – For dandruff

Lavender Essential Oil – For normal to dry hair

Tea Tree Essential Oil – For Oily Hair

Coconut Milk Leave-In Conditioner Recipe

The leave-in conditioner will keep for up to 2 months.

Supplies:

  • 1/4 cup distilled water
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Jojoba oil
  • 12-15 drops essential oil

Directions:

  1. Combine the distilled water with the coconut milk. leave in hair conditioner with essential oils
  2. Add the Jojoba oil to the bottle.
